New York, NY, December 8, 2004 - TaskStream, ‘Advancing Educational Excellence’, is delighted to introduce
the newest release of its Web-based tool offering for teaching and learning. The
December ’04 launch features the Form Builder to greatly extend the capabilities
to meet the diverse needs for all learning communities. A new component of the
TaskStream Folio Assessment System, the Form Builder can be used to create
custom forms that guide responses for particular portfolio requirements (e.g.
observations, self-assessments, and questionnaires).
Additionally, the Form Builder provides extensive survey capabilities to capture
essential data from user groups to better facilitate the dynamic data collection
and reporting needs to further demonstrate the achievement of programmatic and
individual success. The Form Builder is the initial phase of a comprehensive
survey solution, with additional phases scheduled for release in 2005.
"This exciting next step once again reinforces the planned evolution of
TaskStream as the preeminent provider of the universal toolset to advance the
