Accountability Management System (AMS) by TaskStream serves as the cyclical master plan for all training initiatives and provides collaborative capabilities for operational managers or program directors to articulate and prioritize needs. AMS is used to define the mission and goals of the corporation, governmental unit, professional or not-for-profit organization, or skills-based learning initiative; identify criteria and measurements of successful achievement of defined outcomes; facilitate planning for addressing all required skills and competencies; establish internal quality review processes; record aggregate assessment data and analysis versus expectations; and provide robust continuous improvement capabilities for identifying findings and tracking the disposition of follow-up action items.
When used in conjunction with an education provider of recruit sourcing, AMS can be utilized as a 'living' document to define competency and skill level requirements; assess achievement of desired goals and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
Learning Achievement Tools (LAT) by TaskStream is used throughout the training network to design and disseminate tasks, requirements and surveys correlated to program goals; facilitate the creation and submission of learner artifacts in support of the achievement of articulated standards, skills or competencies; manage and assess required submissions based upon pre-defined assessment criteria; and access reporting to demonstrate individual and programmatic achievement of training programs.
